  • How do you schedule appointment?
    You can schedule an appointment by clicking the "Book Now" button and selecting the type of appointment you are wanting to book.
  • Can I schedule for a same-day appointment?
    Yes, you can schedule a same-day appointment by sending a request to contactashleymonique@gmail.com to confirm last minute availability. Please Note: There is a $30 convenience fee that is added to the session total.
  • Is it possible to extend the duration of an appointment?
    Yes, you can extend the length of an appointment if we both agree prior and additional payment is made. The extended rate is $1 per minute-in 15 minute increments payable via CashApp or Venmo.
  • Can I receive a recording of my session?
    Yes, you can request to have your session recording prior to starting our session. A link will be provided of the recording with 48-72 hours after your session.
  • Do you offer in-person sessions?
    I do offer in-person sessions for private parties and events. At this time, all individual sessions are conducted virtually using the latest technology conferencing platform (Zoom).
  • Do you offer group sessions?
    Yes, I do offer groups sessions. If you are interested in hosting an event or group reading (in-person or virtual) send an email to: contactashleymonique@gmail.com.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    I accept a the following forms of payments: Appointments PayPal is the platform that is used for booking appointments. *If you are able to pay via PayPal for whatever reason send an email to contactashleymonique@gmail.com and we can arrange payment via CashApp or Venmo and I will manually scheduling you in.   • Can I reschedule my appointment?
    Yes, you can request to reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your original appointment day and time using the link located in your confirmation email.
  • How do I cancel an appointment?
    If you must cancel your appointment, I respectfully request 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, will not receive a refund, and will not be rescheduled. All appointments can be rescheduled/cancelled via the email confirmation you receive after booking. If your appointment is less than 24 hours away you can cancel by sending an email to: contactashleymonique@gmail.com. Please see the refund policy for cancellations.
  • What happens if I'm running late or if I am unable to make it to the appointment?
    Due to the duration of my appointments, there is a 5-minute period that I am able to wait for the client to join, however that is considered to be a portion of the appointment itself and will not gained back during the session. If you are unable to join within that 5-minute period it would be considered a "No Show" and therefore forfeit of your appointment and the payment for the appointment as no refund will be given.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Please understand that appointment times are limited. Refunds / Returns: No refunds or returns will be permitted after delivery has occurred. I put a lot of time and effort into my sessions and if we agree on all the terms and I read energy, it is up to you to decide what significance your sessions has. Compatibility: I reserve the right to refund you immediately if I feel that we are not a good fit. For example, if you are asking me to do something that is outside of the scope I work in, such as doing a session about someone else without consent, or “predict” exact events (lottery numbers), then I will determine that we aren’t a good fit, refund you, and if I can, refer you to someone who offers this service.
